Intermediate class requirement; You must be comfortable with the following basics; Right side pass, left side pass, basic, tuck turn, basic whip
Friday, November 11
8:00 pm – “What’s in it for me?” Master class; By Reservation only. This is a custom class for intermediate/adv. intermediate students only. Amy will be focusing on each individual in the class to maximize their learning experience and catapult their progress. This will be a fabulous opportunity to advance your dancing. If you want to be invited to this class, please contact Terry at 641-919-5778. Class size will be limited to 6 men and 6 women. 1.5 hr class; $20. You must pre-register for this class!
Saturday, November 12
1:00 – Intermediate West Coast Swing; Enhance your Passes; $15/ $12 for 2 or more classes
2:00 – Intermediate West Coast Swing; Whips; $15/ $12 for 2 or more classes
3:00 – Beginner West Coast Swing; get started with this fun, slinky dance. This class will also be a great review for those who are fairly new to the dance and is also suitable for new dancers. $12
Pre-registration is not required for these classes
7:30 pm – Why Settle?; How understanding Rumba Latin hip motion can help your WCS dancing. Understand what it means to “settle” the hip and how that occurs in both dances (open to Ballroom Dancers as well as beginning and experienced WCS dancers!) $10
8:30 pm – Social Dance; Dance away to some great WCS music and crossover songs… bring a friend and your dance shoes! $5 at the door
